Today is Thomas and Jude's birthday.
T turned 10, but Jude is forever 2 because of a flu B outbreak in their sister's kindergarten class in 2016.
This will never get better. Please take steps to protect yourselves and others. Happy birthday, boys.❤️

Today is Thomas and Jude's birthday. T is turning 4, but Jude isn't. He died on May 6/16 from flu B. He was a perfectly healthy two-year-old. Today I get to spoil T when he's home from school, but I'll never get to hug Jude again. Let me tell you about him. /1

Some Philadelphia #measles exposures were because a sick child attended daycare, Dec. 20-21. I'm wondering if the parent had no day-care alternative & feared job loss. Effective quarantine orders would include job protection and wage compensation.
