We've had some negativity on Twitter today about us supporting migrants' mental health. We do, and we're really proud of that. We're here for everyone. And that includes refugees and asylum seekers in England & Wales, who have often experienced unimaginable trauma.
Not quite. 'Mandatory' death sentence has been abolished. Courts are given the discretion to consider other sentences. Removing death penalty as the only available sentence upon conviction, although not perfect, is a positive step forward. Hopefully one of many.
