here's how I made $30,000 trading memecoins in the past two weeks ✌️
I had some huge wins, and I had some huge losses
I broke down everything that's been working for me recently, things I should've done differently, and what I know I can do to improve moving forward ⬇️
now that all the world markets are crashing, the one asset in crypto I’m building a position in is HYPE
I love trading onchain, but I’ve decided to move most of my money either out of crypto entirely or into HYPE
I want to point out a few things:
1) I’m not calling the bottom here, rather I’m planning to just DCA here and if we go lower
2) I’m not doing leverage, spot only
I plan to continue to trade onchain, but sizing into coins is just not what it used to be and the risks have outweighed the return for a while excluding the 3 month period of insane euphoria we saw from July to September
moving forward I’m going to be trading onchain with a much smaller amount of money than what I usually trade with
I want to take a small amount, and turn it into a larger amount like I did when I first started
I’ve been one of the biggest advocates for onchain trading for years now, and I’m infinitely grateful that I fell into crypto when I did
but I feel that it’s time for me to “start over” rather than continuing to buy coins with size like I have been

there would be crazy runners all the time if there was simply one coin that everyone bought, just like how it used to be
every single time a new narrative spawns there are 1000 of the same coin being launched
this has pushed tens of thousands of people out of the space, and the only people who benefit from this are serial deployers
not only does the PVP make it harder for a singular runner to pump, but it also drastically reduces the amount of liquidity in the market
regular people don’t have the money, patience, or time to deal with PVP
people want to see a good narrative, they want to buy the main runner, and they want to hold it
no one wants to participate in a market where there are hundreds of the same coin being launched
if things stay the same way they are right now, new people aren’t going to be trading onchain
