Whether people are committing crimes or not, if they don’t have the correct documentation, that is a legal issue. But the reality is, they are not just going to disappear.
Until BMA (border control), SAPS,SARS, Home Affairs, and all the departments responsible at the borders fix the systems, install proper monitoring, cameras, and have accountability to ensure people without the correct papers don’t enter, this problem is not going to stop.
