If you are applying for the Certificate of Professional Qualification in Psychology® (CPQ), for Psychology Licensure Universal System® (PLUS), Interjurisdictional Practice Certificate® (IPC), and/or E.Passport, you do not have to complete the entire Credentials Bank.
The Credentials Bank will be visible when you create or log in to your PSY|PRO account, but it is not an application. The steps are simple. Once you open the application you need, auto-populated information will be added to your Credentials Bank in your CPQ/PLUS/E.Passport/IPC application. You can access that application by clicking “Edit” next to CPQ/PLUS/E.Passport/IPC in the application history on the PSY|PRO homepage.
Follow this link to learn more about CPQ, PLUS, E.Passport, and IPC.

Indigenous Peoples’ Day matters for mental health because cultural identity, historical recognition, belonging, and community connection can all support psychological well-being. For Indigenous communities, the observance can provide an opportunity to affirm identity and celebrate resilience and strength.
We celebrate Indigenous psychologists, their dedication and tenacity in serving diverse communities in the U.S., Canada, and territories, and the healing and generational wisdom they bring to us all.
