Had the honor of presenting the IRIS pooling results at #ISC2023. Key message: despite randomization of >2000 patients, no significant non-inferiority of EVT alone but also no benefit of lytic before EVT. Lytics should not delay/prohibit EVT! #AllEyesOnIRIS @StrokeAHA_ASA
