It’s Chef Will Holland! It’s pretty intimidating as a chef, reading Chef Will Hollands CV but we couldn’t be more chuffed (and a bit scared) to be sharing our kitchen with Chef when he travels over from Jersey to cook with us! Will has been working in Michelin-starred restaurants since the age of eighteen, spending nearly two decades working in some of the finest classical restaurants in the country. Now working on the beautiful island of Jersey, his style combines the island's produce and contemporary flair, focusing on fantastic ingredients, excellent technique and mouth-watering food. Will has picked up a few personal awards including a coveted Acorn Award which are awarded to the industry's highest achievers under the age of 30. He was also named in The Good Food Guide's list of their predicted "ten most influential chefs of the next decade". Chef Will Holland joins us on Friday 23rd January 2026 Reservations for this open at 7pm tonight & we’d love you to join us.
