once you have momentum, never let go. give it everything, every single day. on the 30th we launched ProfitDesk and it hit like a bomb. why did it work? we don't make it comfortable for ourselves. we'll happily take the hard, uncomfortable route. competitors vibe code their landing page with one prompt. we sit down with every single detail so our customers see exactly what they're getting with us. same goes for the product. couldn't be prouder of the team. heading into Q4 now. only regret: wish i'd captured more of it on camera. but you can't split your focus 10 ways :) profitpath.com/en/desk

everyone is pushing quantity right now 100 blogs in one go. features shipped in a day. emails, landing pages, social posts, all in one batch. and then people wonder why nothing works. why users don't come even though they're "doing so much right" every founder pushing slop makes it easier for the ones who don't i'm not talking about 5 extra hours on a nicer button. i'm talking about going all in on the 2-3 things that actually decide whether your product works. the one feature 100 users are asking for. the campaign that lives or dies on its copy. your customers see the difference :)

we got our office because we built a deal monitor for immoscout24 small office update. a lot of people dream about this and we actually pulled it off. a big part of our co founders moved here from different cities and for the last few months we've been going absolutely crazy here. when i moved to cologne 2-3 years ago i worked a lot from home, sometimes from a wework. wework itself was nothing for me, extremely much noise, extremely many people who don't work at all and just drink coffee. but i met a few good contacts there and one of them advises us today on a lot of things in our business, so it was worth it. at some point we got a private office inside the wework. 2000€ for 10m2. with 5-6 people it was deadly tight, no fun to work properly, everybody sitting on each other. but looking back it was an insanely good time. that room is where we built the foundation for what profitpath is today. with the growth we wanted a bigger office. so we started looking. many rejections until it finally worked. but how did we even get it? we shot it over our own immoscout24 monitor. i mean we've built thousands of monitors in the past, and what do you need if you want a good office? a proper monitor. so the office got pinged, 2 minutes later i wrote the guy directly and we had our kinda new york style brooklyn loft. furnished and built exactly how we felt like. pulled in nice glass walls to create office vibe with a meeting room and a public area on the first floor, downstairs a locked in zone with all the desks. one of the best decisions ever. you're at a place where everyone builds 24/7 dedicated on one product, no matter if profitpath, profitgo, profitdesk or future products, everybody here pushes it one step further every day. the cool part is having lunch with everyone, brainstorming longer in person. but there are downsides too. you first have to learn how to deal with that much noise and turn it into locked in sessions. i'm honestly sometimes just mentally exhausted and would need a home office day where i'm only with myself and my pc, not around people 24/7. but there are so many learnings on how you create focus in an office, how you keep the small talk and quick questions in discord so nobody gets pinged irl in the middle of a focus phase, and how you build a real company office culture. the coolest thing for me is how much acceptance and openness the office got. a lot of sellers come and visit us and then we build insane features together. many features of profitgo, profitdesk and profitpath only exist because of 1:1 conversations in this office, if you really think about it. extremely happy with the decision and would do it exactly the same way again. more content follows :)

2 years ago, we decided for another path. The ProfitPath, actually feels like we're 5 years in. Maybe its because we push every week so much amazing stuff and I'm so fucking happy we did it. Every business owner will come across high highs and low lows, one of the biggest lows were when the entire sneaker market disrupted. We were thinking whats the longterm game for us? We wanted to stay in the reselling scene since we gathered so much knowledge, but something more longterm a user can use by himselves 24/7... Not relying on any admin pings, own research.. We came to the conclusion, why not making the biggest deal finder software for Amazon Reseller. And here we are. ProfitPath & ProfitGo, a full ecosystem with over 1000+ sellers. Team of 10. All done in 2 years, in 2 years because everyone focused on this one thing. This and next year will be magically. Thanks to the entire community, especially all our old software members who sticked with us and believed in the vision.

We basically had the case that manually editing webhooks, maintaining tons of channel was insane annoying. Thats why we decided to go full force and create the entire discord journey, completely automated.
