Me, fully indoors, sitting next to a heater with a hot water bottle and a cat and a turtleneck. Also it's probably 17 degrees at the time - we South Africans are quite particular about the quality of our warmth.

How to support someone who is grieving.
I lost someone important to suicide almost exactly a year after she lost her husband to a vicious cancer.
Never assume everyone else is checking on them once the storm has blown over for you.
I always thought SA might get me shot eventually but didn’t expect to feel so lucky, proud & overjoyed abt it! Feels like a turning point in the hopelessness of the last 1.5 yrs (looting aside).
Somerset Hospital is impressive, clean, organised & official. 10/10 recommend.
