"Employers, it’s time to recognize and respect the guidance of the Medical Association, which has decisively stated that sick notes for minor illnesses are both unnecessary and burdensome. By continuing to require these notes, you are disregarding medical advice and placing undue pressure on both our healthcare system and your own employees. This practice is outdated and unjustifiable. Show respect for the health and autonomy of your workforce and trust them when they report an illness. It's time for employers to step up and align with modern, responsible workplace practices."

It warrants investigation 🧐 how a French transnational corporation was awarded the contract to run #Handydart services by @TransLink. They have 0⃣ investment, or motivation in supporting our most vulnerable people in #BC. The strike drags on. 😰

You could feel the energy and passion on day two of the ATU Canada Conference! After the powerful swearing-in ceremony, Costa and the delegation took to the streets of Hamilton for an electrifying Keep Transit Public rally. A wave of blue shirts proudly marched to City Hall, chanting loud and clear: "Who are we? ATU!"
In solidarity!
