i love how i just talked about dealing with irl health issues and finally getting a little motivation back to work on things
and what happens today? my body has a horrendous flare up and leaves me not able to do anything π₯² can never predict when it's gonna flare up either π
no one knows what's (officially) wrong so i have to guess what's causing a flare up and hope one of the possible reliefs actually helps it π₯²
EDS/POTS/MCAS is the best guess but π€·ββοΈ i'm on my own trying to feel better
