Hearing many industry folks say that audiences support small Malayalam and Tamil films but ignore Telugu. But let's not forget that those films were watched only on OTT #90s is example. It premiered on OTT and later became a cult favourite. Times have changed

No doubt #SummerHolidays is a very good film But the release timing is wrong, Comes out alongside #Scene and #Ramayana A summer release was ideal. Made for kids, but they have no holidays now. Moreover, audiences are seeing too many nostalgia-based films lately

In search of gold, we lost diamonds. In search of Good films in Tamil and Malayalam, we are losing in celebrating films like #SummerHolidays."

#Scene was such a riot! Jithu Madhavan relies heavily on his writing that knows the exact moments when to make revelations exciting and entertaining. The momentous breaks in forms of humour and craft, makes you buy the world without wanting to question or reason.

#Yash is just too good in #Ramayana what a screen presence.. What acting and what power.. One of the best performances in a long time.. Very hard to emulate him as #Ravana in the times to come...Too good he was in #RamayanaMovie

Am a huge fan of #Saipallavi on screen and off. Has done wonderful roles, solid off-screen character, lives by her own terms and what not But as #Sita She did not work for me. She looked out of place....

Apart from the main cast, @Rakulpreet is superbly cast as #Soorpaanka. Be it her looks, screen presence, or negative role, #RakulpreetSingh is amazing in #Ramayana

#Ramayana is visually rich and a true big-screen spectacle, slow at times. #RanbirKapoor and #Yash are superb, while #RakulPreet is the best cast #SaiPallavi as #Sita didn’t work for me. Good action, but the drama is missing. Not great but definitely a big-screen watch!

Done with the first half of #RamayanaMovie scale is good and so is the VfX. A bit slow but has good moments #Yash is undoubtedly the king

If there’s one Tamil filmmaker who’s been both successful (largely) and relevant for three decades in commercial cinema, it has to be #SundarC 🔥 Best wishes to @SundarCOffl for #MookuthiAmman2

Met Salman Khan yesterday. All his detractors will have to eat back their words. Khan has come back in such great shape that he seems to be working towards striking back with a VENGEANCE! Warning: Don’t take him lightly. He is bound to silence his critics and how!

When someone commits a heinous crime, the first response should be empathy & an attempt to understand the larger problem. Not finding a convenient scapegoat in cinema. It is becoming increasingly clear that your concern is not for the victims or their families, but that you're using a horrific tragedy as a dirty excuse to settle your personal scores. This is especially directed at those failed frustrated jobless male/female actors, few directors, producers & parasites, who suddenly appoint themselves as social reformers whenever an opportunity arises to take a dig at someone else's work. A tragedy deserves empathy 🙏, not opportunism. Learn the difference.

After being ignored by Telugu makers for a considerable time, #Sreeleela has bagged two good films in Tamil #OM and now #Dharman Even if one film becomes a hit, her career graph will change

Despite starting well and holding good over first weekend.. I thought #AadarshaKutumbam would attraact familiesbut has faltered at the box office. Wrong release time will not save a film despite big names like #Trivikram and #Venkatesh One of the biggest flops recently

Accepting roles, working in South Indian cinema, gaining recognition and opportunities here, and then years later criticising the same industry, its stories and cultural traditions is becoming an unfortunate pattern. Every actor has the right to express an opinion. But there is a difference between constructive criticism and selectively looking down upon an industry that welcomed you. #Telugucinema and #SouthIndian cinema have their own cultural identity, traditions and storytelling values. What may seem unusual to someone from another region can be perfectly normal within our culture. Respect should be mutual. You cannot celebrate the opportunities and later disrespect the culture behind them. Constructive criticism is always welcome. Selective criticism and cultural superiority are not. Respect the industry that respected you.
