Kentucky HC Will Stein said QB Brennen Ward earned his moment on Saturday! Ward had been playing the roles of QBs like Beau Brungard, LaNorris Sellers, Keelon Russell, Marcel Reed and others on the scout team during practice. Stein made sure Ward got his opportunity against Vanderbilt, and he rewarded that decision with a touchdown! “You're like, 'Golly, he's big, he's physical, he can run. Let's get him out there.' So, we talked about it the last two or so weeks and this week I made it mandatory. I said, 'Get him something that he can run the ball.' I love what Joe came up with. It was great, especially with two quarterbacks on the field.” — Kentucky HC Will Stein It just shows hard work pays off! 😼🔥 #BBN
