Dan Hurley on the two personas every head coach must master:
The Jockey 🏇, and the Corner Man. 🥊
In practice — you are the jockey. You push. You challenge. You demand more than they think they have. You stretch them past comfort so execution becomes inevitable.
On game night — you become the corner man. You steady. You simplify. You remind them who they are. Confidence replaces correction.
Preparation is where you build them.
Performance is where you believe in them.

SEMO PG @KidKyrie22 has committed to UT Chattanooga.
6’2 SEMO PG @kidkyrie22 Tells me he has heard from:
Interest list:
Chattanooga, CSUN, Tulsa, USC, Cincinnati, Robert Morris, Ole Miss, UTSA, Oregon st, Austin Peay, ETSU, Western Kentucky, Jacksonville, Georgia Tech, Utah, Mercer, Mcneese st, Seton Hall, San Diego, UIC, +more
The shifty and quick PG can really score the ball. Very good snatch and half spin for mids or 3’s. Good bump offs in midrange area. Crafty with step thrus and pivots in lane/midrange area. Good playing off a hang dribble which he can shoot off of or hesi. Good hostaging and snaking drops, has great pace off a ball screen and very good at probing. Sees OPPs and can hit the roll off a ball screen. Great pushing pace and in open court. Pesky defender that can pressure rock and very active quick hands. Good anticipation.
