2 Chainz confronts food critic Keith Lee about his reviews and debates whether celebrities should get special treatment.
On Sunday (Nov. 1), Kirk Franklin's Den of Kings premiered its latest roundtable episode featuring 2 Chainz, Keith Lee and comedians Mojo Brookzz and Desi Banks. During the sit-down, Tity Boi questioned Keith about his reviews, which often go viral, sometimes for being bad and resulting in a negative impact on the business. Keith argued that his reviews he never claimed to be expert or a chef.
"I come from a perspective of somebody who is a consumer of Black community, that's a part of the Black community and want the advancement of the Black community," Keith Lee said.
Keith also said his review reflects how regular customers are treated. 2 Chainz countered that he believes his fame has earned him special treatment.
“I’m an entertainer, and obviously we get perks that other people don’t get," 2 Chainz said. "That’s just period, my boy. I don’t stand in line at the airport. I don’t do none of that because I done worked my ass off to do this. So, to say I'm supposed to wait 40 minutes, that's bullish*t.”
