Modi knows this is his last term. He won’t be able to win in 2029.
He is making one last attempt to create a ballot paper narrative to fool Indians once again.
He is deliberately not telling people that ordinary citizens don’t vote in MLC elections.
If he is genuinely in favour of ballot papers, he should announce right now that all future elections will be held using ballot papers.
Rahul Gandhi is his only real threat. That’s why he is targeting Congress without naming Rahul directly, knowing that doing so could backfire on him.

People of India genuinely HATE Congress. They won ZERO Seats.
Leave EVMs aside if you can’t win even MLC elections conducted through ballot papers, then the problem isn’t the voting system.
Stop blaming EVMs , accept reality and start questioning your own politics.
