Back your token with real stocks. On @ballastedapp, every token can have a treasury of real stock tokens. $NVDA, $SPY, $SGOV and 13 more, each priced by a genuine @chainlink feed. And it's not just the creator. With Open Treasury, anyone can back a token they believe in: deposit a listed stock token into its vault, your weight is fixed at its USD value when you deposit, and after 24 hours your principal can be withdrawn 1:1. If someone funds rewards, WETH streams to depositors over 7 days. No owner, no admin, no pause. Rewards can be zero. Everything is on-chain, and every token page shows its backing. A token with real stocks behind it. That's built into @ballastedapp. Holding a token gives no claim, redemption right, or entitlement to treasury assets.

this is the part that matters for builders. Robinhood plans to ramp up support for the community and make Robinhood Chain the best developer ecosystem we've been building on it from the start. fair launches, tokens paired with real stock tokens, on-chain fee routers, buybacks, launches from telegram, an sdk more support for builders means more people building the stock token economy. we're ready
.@vladtenev on Robinhood Chain and global expansion. TLDR: Robinhood plans to ramp up support for builders and the community to create a leading developer ecosystem and global onchain community. Full context: "Yeah, so I'll field that one. So when Shiv (CFO at Robinhood) and I were kind of coming up with our plan and we thought, well, what can Robinhood be in 10 years? We called our third arc global financial ecosystem, and our vision, and I think this is backed up by how big these markets are and also sort of like wealth accumulation, people outside the US keep getting wealthier. Our vision is that over the long run, more than half of our business should be outside the US and, cut another way, more than half should be institutional. And what we didn't anticipate is products like Robinhood Chain, right? And we said Robinhood Chain already in quarter got out of the gate really quick with 100 billion in DEX volume and 50 million of chain fees, right? And you think about how much, and then we're actually continuing to invest, frankly, the growth of the chain and associated ecosystem and the wallet surprised and sort of like was higher than our expectations. And so now we're spending a lot of time investing in how to make that even bigger, how to support the community. We know, we've been hearing from a lot of builders that we could be doing more to support the community, and I think you should expect to see us really ramp that up because we wanna make it the best developer ecosystem as well as the best sort of global on-chain community. So yeah, you should expect to see us ramping the investment because you just don't see growth of a new ecosystem like this. It's an uncommon thing. I mean, a lot of chains have launched over the past few months that have just had not nearly, like, a incomparably small level of traction compared to @RobinhoodCrypto” Bullish.

How ballast works, start to finish. Every token has a fixed 1B supply with no mint function, and 100% of it goes into Uniswap v4 pools at launch. Liquidity is locked forever. No team allocation, no presale. Every swap pays a fee to the Ballast hook. 80% goes to the creator side, through the token's own fee router. The creator decides the split: themselves, buyback and burn of their own token, stakers, a parent token burn or the treasury. Any change that takes from holders waits 7 days, in public. The other 20% goes to a buyback contract with no owner. It buys $BALLAST on the open market and sends it to the dead address. Anyone can trigger it once it's ready. 37M $BALLAST is gone so far, across 92 buybacks. Every arrow is a contract call. Every address is on-chain. Check it. ballasted.fun

Every few months someone builds a "fair" launchpad, and every few months it fails the same way. It's not because the mechanics are bad. It's because of who shows up. Most new tokens don't launch because a community wanted them. They launch because a deployer saw a hot ticker and moved first. Deployers go where they can bundle, take a big share of supply cheaply, and sell into everyone who follows. A launchpad that stops them doesn't stop them. They just launch somewhere else, and the crowd follows the deployer, not the rules. So the problem was never "build better rules." The problem is that the people who decide where tokens launch are the ones who benefit most from bad rules. I've been thinking about two ways out of that. The first is to make the launchpad itself mean something. If every token on a platform plays by the same rules, launching there becomes a signal. No dev bag. Fees split on-chain where anyone can check. Nothing that hurts holders can change overnight. Serious builders would choose that on purpose, because it tells holders up front what game they're playing. Over time the people who want to hold, not flip, learn where to look. The second is more interesting: take the deployer out of the loop entirely. If fair launches don't need a person to press the button, they don't depend on someone choosing to be fair. A bot or an agent can launch a token with fixed rules, every time, and the people who want a version without the insider bag finally have one. Both of those are possible on Ballast today. Every Ballast launch puts 100% of supply into a Uniswap v4 pool from the first block, at a fixed opening valuation, with liquidity locked. There's no allocation, no presale and no bonding curve to graduate from. Whoever launches buys from the same pool, at the same price, as everyone else. Fees are split on-chain by each token's own fee router, and anything that takes from holders waits seven days, in public. A token can even be backed by a treasury of real stock tokens, priced by Chainlink feeds. And because ballast-sdk can launch from code, the deployer step is optional. A script, a bot or an AI agent can launch a token on those same rules, with no UI and no human in the middle. To be clear about the limits: this doesn't make bundling impossible. Anyone can still buy in the first block from several wallets. What it removes is the cheap insider bag, the hidden allocation and the rules that can be changed after launch. And we don't have anti-snipe fees in the first minutes yet. That's an open problem I'd like to work on. But I think the direction is right. Fair launches won't win by asking deployers to be nicer. They win when fair is the default, and when it doesn't need anyone's permission to happen. If you're building something like this, an auto-launcher, an agent with its own token or a community that wants clean rules, I'd love to help. BALLAST

16 launches on ballast so far, and 5 of them are paired with real stock tokens. most still pair with WETH only, but a quarter now launch with a stock alongside it. The economy around stock tokens is starting to show up on-chain. all of it read straight from robinhood chain. ballasted.fun/app/analytics

Replying to @RobinhoodCrypto
@RobinhoodCrypto put real stocks on-chain. The assets are here. What's missing is the economy around them: places to launch, pair, back, route fees, and let regular people touch real stocks. That's what Ballast is building on @RobinhoodCrypto. Here's the full stack, from the chain up. BALLAST

most launchpads decide where your fees go. ballast lets you decide. every token gets its own fee router. split your fees between yourself, buying back and burning your own token, your stakers, a parent token or a treasury. change it later if you want, but anything that takes from holders waits 7 days, in public. that's how creators keep control and holders keep trust at the same time. gm big day for robinhood. we'll be tuning in, and hoping to hear a lot more about robinhood chain stock tokens are only the beginning. the more robinhood leans into the chain, the bigger the economy that gets built around them. we're building part of it right now 🤝 BALLAST

bullish on stock? launch a token for it. on ballast you can pair your token directly with real stock tokens like $NVDA, $TSLA, $AAPL or $SPY. Each pair gets its own @Uniswap v4 pool, so your token trades right next to the stock it's about. pick a template, set your fee split, launch in a couple of minutes, from the site or from Telegram.

got a community? give it an ecosystem. on ballast, any new token can launch as a child of an existing one. a share of the child's fees buys the parent and sends it to the dead address, forever. It's set at launch and can't be removed. every child that trades keeps burning the parent. communities can grow sideways instead of starting from zero. BALLAST

what if trading your token left your holders with real stocks? on ballast it can. any holder buying a ballast token with ETH can round up 1 to 5 percent, and the extra buys a real stock token like $NVDA or $SPY, straight into their own wallet. your community picks the default stock with burn to vote. no other launchpad lets your holders stack real stocks just by trading your token.

AI agents can launch tokens on Ballast today. ballast-sdk is on npm. An agent can launch a token, pair it with WETH or real stock tokens, set its own fee split, buy, sell and read everything on-chain, from a few lines of code. No UI, no custody, no permission needed. Just a wallet and the SDK. If you're building an agent that needs its own token, this is the cleanest place to do it on Robinhood Chain.
