Moving fast doesn't have to be scary. Put "fast" and "AI" in one sentence and a lot of people get nervous. Vibe-coded apps falling apart, security holes, demos that never become products. I get it. I've seen those too. But slow isn't automatically safe. Slow is often just expensive. Six months of specs, one big release, and only then you find out half of it isn't what users needed. We work the other way round: → a clickable demo 3 days after the first meeting → a first working version in 4 weeks → then iterations with real users, on real data Fast feedback is the cheapest way to find out you're wrong. You catch the wrong assumption in week one, not in month six. That saves the client money and gets them to value sooner. Speed doesn't cost quality if two things are true. First, the team. AI writes a lot of our code, but people who have shipped industrial systems for years decide what gets built, review it and own it. Every change still goes through review and tests. AI makes a good engineer faster. It doesn't make a bad decision better. Second, the foundation. With OpenThings the boring and risky parts are already built and running in production. We don't rebuild them for every client, so we don't rebuild their bugs either. The speed goes into the part users actually see. Last month that meant 8 client demos. None of them started from zero. So no, fast doesn't scare me. Building the wrong thing slowly does. How do you balance speed and quality in your team?

there's still hope out there that AI won't fully takeover all of our jobs. thanks @NotionHQ

I do talk to my main orchestrator Grok @bot all the time. What I think it's lacking - for more advanced users - is some sort of indication that the Bots are active, working or locked. I had a situation where a bot paired with claude was hanging for ~12min, not informing me at all. It was dead silent.

The silence in the room tells you all. Thanks @davekiss for leveling up my worth and confidence on my Monday morning. The way how you shared the story should be taught in the computer science history.
Overwhelmed, overjoyed, humbled, grateful for the reception of this message It’s as much of my story as it is yours. We are problem solvers at heart. What’s ahead of us may be unknown but we stare into it together Congrats to @resend and @_christinacodes on a wonderful conference

🚀Excited to announce Nanbeige4.3-33B! To push the performance ceiling of small agents, our strategy in Nanbeige4.3 starts with building a powerful teacher first. Nanbeige4.3-33B delivers SOTA agentic performance among open models at ~30B parameters: * Strong results on agentic coding and cowork benchmarks. * When integrated into mainstream agent harnesses, it tackles real-world tasks with cost-efficient inference. * It will serve as a teacher for upcoming smaller Nanbeige models, starting with Nanbeige4.3-3B. huggingface.co/Nanbeige/Nanb… huggingface.co/Nanbeige/Nanb… #LLM #Agent

I thought about that literally a year ago . Decided to postpone the idea knowing that IKEA is working on such an idea - I guess I was wrong.
I'm never reading IKEA instructions again

My current stack for shipping: $100 Claude plan + $20 Codex + Astro on the frontend. It’s not magic. It’s just faster iteration on open platforms without the usual overhead. What are you actually using to build right now?

Do you think that engaging on X has become harder then 6 years ago?
12
I think I need to look into my Thermomix TM6. It's so slow.

Funny think about X feed algorithm is that it will show you people with similar interest. After a while you feel like the entire world is vibe coding apps and building products. That you're chasing something and the FOMO is hitting hard.

is there any app, any problem that you wouldn't want to vibe-code yourself?
6
listen, it's a free market game. Everyone can vibe-code, clone whatever f' they want. It's called COMPETITION. If you have the power to persevere, go and do it. We only live once.

You're cloning; no, you're cloning
Introducing DataBull 🎉 I was paying $39/mo for DataFast just to see which posts made me money. That's $468 a year. Forever. And it goes up as your traffic grows. So I built my own. Same idea: revenue by traffic source. $29 lifetime. Unlimited sites. Unlimited events. Lifetime updates. > databull.app

does that mean I won't make it just by posting 5 times a day? My engineering brain would ove to see true metrics.
He is right, I made $21,000 last 24 hours all because i apply The law of massive action This guy is posting 20 times a day across 10 accounts for his app. That’s an unreasonable amount of action & it’s only 4 days after releasing his app Thats why he will win. Most people just do 1 post a day Then complain when they don’t see results Desser is about to go on a Generational build in public journey instant follow from me.

first rule of building a product? don't sell it to software engineers.
Why pay $29 when you can get it for free? traks.dev Traks is MIT licensed and runs in your own Cloudflare account. Sign in with Cloudflare and it installs in one click: no terminal, no Node. Updates are one click too. Already used by 100+ Cloudflare users. It scales because your history goes to Iceberg tables on R2 object storage, not a database that fills up. • realtime visitors on a live map • funnels, goals, page paths • ChatGPT/Claude/Perplexity traffic as its own channel • bots classified, not just dropped • MCP server so your coding agent can query your analytics What it doesn't do yet: Stripe revenue by source. Which is on the roadmap. Want something else? PRs are welcome.
