Newly revealed recordings expose how Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and late US Senator Lindsey Graham discussed using allegations against International Criminal Court (ICC) chief prosecutor Karim Khan to try to delay the court's arrest warrant for Netanyahu.
