Every year, we bring in a group of HUNGRY freshmen ready to push our returning starters to the absolute max for their positions. Last year was no different, and Bort earned everything he got. As consistent a hitter as they come. A defensive wizard who made seemingly every play hit his way. An absolute base-stealing machine who created pressure every time he got on base. But what was really awesome to watch was his growth as a vocal leader down the stretch. There’s zero doubt that leadership helped push our group to the brink of the World Series last season. Big things ahead for Bort. Every four-year needs this kid on their radar. Still hungry. Still getting better. Year 2 is going to be fun to watch. @UncommittedUsa @DfwSho @UncommittedStud @CommitPath @CommittedBaseb1 @Uncommitted_ID @uncommittedBBs @UncommittedAthl @BslSpotlight @Coast2CoastBsbl @CoastRecruits @bsblbluebook @TAProfileAPP @Now_D1 @D1portal @NXTGNFeaturesBB @BUncommitted @FlatgroundBats
