Dogecoin Fact: What does @MarshallHayner have to do with #Dogecoin?
Marshall supports Dogecoin since the very beginning
Dogeversary in 2014, @TinaHui covered the event with @BillyM2k, Jackson and others
That’s why he still helps $DOGE, he truly believes in it.
13 Years of Dogecoin Facts
The completely unnecessary book
(soon available worldwide 🎄🎅)
thedogebook.com/
Since around 2021, I’ve been collecting Dogecoin history, both known and lesser-known facts, for a fun, silly, family-friendly book where every fact can be verified. Besides hopefully generating some revenue, my goal is to donate 20% of all profits to charities chosen by the community.

🚨 I've been telling you all to PAY ATTENTION to the US Debt Clock! 🇺🇸
Now Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent is being featured as a speaker at Ripple Swell?! 👀
And just yesterday, the OCC granted FINAL APPROVAL for Ripple National Trust Bank, allowing it to support RLUSD reserves and provide institutional digital asset custody.
Do you understand how significant that is?!
We're watching blockchain infrastructure become part of the federally regulated banking system!
And it's NOT JUST RIPPLE. This is happening across the entire blockchain industry.
Meanwhile, the US Debt Clock has been showing us imagery of a transition from the Fed's debt-based dollar to a new USA Treasury Dollar.
CONNECT THE DOTS!
I've said it before, and I'll say it again:
Just because you're not seeing the monetary system change overnight doesn't mean the infrastructure isn't being built behind the scenes.
If you are paying attention the direction of financial modernization is becoming harder to ignore.
The same people dismissing the US Debt Clock today may be the same people who dismissed blockchain and crypto years ago.
The transition doesn't begin when everyone notices it. It begins when the infrastructure is built.
Will you be ready when they Flip The Switch?

🚀 EPISODE 38 — THE SOVEREIGN INDIVIDUAL
In 1997, a book predicted the digital transformation of money, power and individual freedom.
₿ 2009: Bitcoin changed the rules.
🌐 2026: Blockchain meets banking through infrastructure like Metallicus.
🤖 NEXT: AI agents and intelligent financial systems.
The next revolution isn't just about digital money. It's about who controls the financial future.
From self-custody to programmable finance, the question remains:
Will technology empower humanity—or control it?

🚨 Is it finally happening? 👀
The Pentagon is reportedly preparing U.S. military bases to operate independently for 90 DAYS in the event of a large-scale war.
Meanwhile, the G7 has been warning about cyber threats, and we're already witnessing the rise of AI-powered cyberattacks.
Power grids. Financial systems. Critical infrastructure.
Coincidence, or are we watching preparations for a world where these systems can no longer be taken for granted?
Not fearmongering… just connecting the dots.

I'm bullish on $XPR, and it's about a lot more than price.
Fast transactions. Near-instant finality. Zero gas fees for users. Real-world utility.
While everyone is chasing the next big thing, I'm watching what's actually being built.
@XPRNetwork and @MetallicusTDBN are building infrastructure for the future of finance.
The potential here is massive, and I believe we're still early.
I'm not betting on hype. I'm betting on what they're building. 🚀

🚨 GENIUS ACT FINAL RULE: Most banks still treat blockchain like a threat @MetalBlockchain
Metallicus is quietly building the system that lets them own it instead @MetallicusTDBN
Banks and credit unions can finally add stablecoins, wallets, payments, and identity without ripping out their core systems. FedNow certified instant payments and fully BSA compliant rails are already live.
They run safe pilots to launch their own branded digital dollars and keep deposits in house. Full control stays with the institution the entire time.
This is how regulated finance actually moves on chain

The OCC is committed to supporting a strong community banking sector as payment innovation advances. The effect of stablecoin adoption on community bank deposits remains uncertain, and estimates vary widely. The OCC takes community banks’ funding concerns seriously and is closely monitoring potential deposit outflows as the industry develops. OCC.gov/GENIUS

🧵 Did Metallicus mint 3.3B XPR out of thin air?
No. I checked the chain, and the “increase” in Total Supply on the explorer is an accounting error, not new token issuance.

Sometimes "Not Found" Is Exactly What You Want to See
After the week we've had talking about cybersecurity, PHP2Shell and everything else trying to make us question whether anything connected to the internet is safe anymore, I figured it was probably a good time to check on something of my own.
My validator node.
I use Contabo to host my server, and I'm interested in keeping my node healthy.
Now I'm going to admit something.
I'm still very much a newbie when it comes to the technical side of running my own node.
I understand why I have it. I'm learning more about how it works. But I'm not sitting in front of a computer staring at my node every day.
Or every week.
Honestly, not even every month.
It's just not my thing.
My node doesn't open until the end of December, so constantly watching something I can't really do anything with yet isn't exactly my idea of a good time.
What I do instead is periodically check in.
I reached out to Tee from House of Validators, which is something I do from time to time. I ask questions, find out if there's anything I should be paying attention to and generally make sure everything is where it should be.
I also check Contabo for the health of my server.
And my highly technical method for checking that?
Green or red.
That's it.
Green, Mimi is happy.
Red, Mimi starts asking questions.
I told you I'm still learning.
But after all the PHP2Shell news this week, I wanted to know a little more than green or red.
So I took a closer look at what was actually running on my server.
Here's what came back:
Operating system: Ubuntu 24.04.4 LTS
PHP command: Not found
PHP packages: None detected
PHP web services: None detected
PHP processes: None detected
Docker: Not installed
PHP exposure: No evidence detected
Now if you're anything like me, you might look at that list and say...
Okay. Is that good?
In this particular situation, yes.
And here's the everyday-person explanation.
Think of my server like a small apartment I've rented inside a much larger building.
Contabo provides the building and the infrastructure.
My VPS is my apartment.
Ubuntu is basically the operating system running inside my apartment. In this case, Ubuntu 24.04 is an LTS, or Long-Term Support, release. That means it receives security maintenance for years instead of quickly becoming outdated and unsupported.
Then we get to PHP.
PHP is software commonly used to run websites and web applications, and it happens to be at the center of the PHP2Shell security alert we've been talking about this week.
My server check couldn't find PHP.
No PHP command.
No PHP packages.
No PHP web services.
No PHP processes.
And no evidence of PHP exposure.
In everyday language, the particular software affected by PHP2Shell doesn't appear to be installed or running on my server.
So based on that check, my node doesn't appear to have the PHP attack surface involved in PHP2Shell.
That's reassuring.
But I want to be very clear about something.
That does NOT mean my server is magically protected from every cybersecurity threat out there.
It means this particular door everyone has been talking about this week doesn't appear to exist on my server.
There are still other doors.
And those still need to be secured.
That's actually where understanding what Contabo does, and what I'm responsible for, becomes important.
Contabo isn't the blockchain and it isn't my validator.
It's the infrastructure provider hosting the virtual server my node runs on.
Going back to my apartment example, Contabo provides the building and some of the security around the property.
But I'm still responsible for what happens inside my apartment.
Contabo provides protections and tools such as DDoS protection and network-level firewall options for its cloud servers. Its Customer Panel also supports multi-factor authentication, and additional tools such as snapshots, backups and monitoring are available depending on the server and services being used.
Those things matter to me because my node needs reliable infrastructure.
But using a hosting company doesn't mean I can hand over all responsibility and never think about my server again.
It isn't "set it and forget it" security.
Software still needs to be kept current.
Accounts need to be protected.
Firewalls need to be configured properly.
Backups matter.
And occasionally someone needs to look under the hood.
That's probably one of the biggest things I'm learning from running my own node.
I don't have to know everything.
But I do need to know enough to ask the right questions.
What operating system am I running?
Is it receiving security updates?
What software is installed?
What is actually exposed to the internet?
Is my account protected with MFA?
Do I have a backup if something goes wrong?
And who do I ask when I see something I don't understand?
For me, that last one matters.
That's why I periodically check in with House of Validators instead of pretending I suddenly became a systems administrator because I own a node.
There's nothing wrong with saying, "I don't know what this means."
I'd much rather ask the question than assume everything is fine because I saw a green status light.
And after this week's security alerts, that's probably my biggest takeaway.
Security isn't about panicking every time a new vulnerability hits the news.
It's about figuring out whether it actually applies to what you're running, understanding the protections you already have and knowing where your responsibility begins.
This week PHP2Shell gave me a reason to look a little deeper than green or red.
What I found was reassuring.
PHP wasn't found.
PHP packages weren't found.
PHP services weren't found.
PHP processes weren't found.
And for once...
"Not found" was exactly what I wanted to find.
Just my perspective.
