Happy #NationalComingOutDay!
Not to be all “it gets better” but this weekend I got to attend my first gay wedding with my bf & his awesome family, which provided the opportunity for his mom to take embarrassing videos of us dancing.
Coming out makes life pretty great. 🥰🌈

Been reflecting on the value of queer representation in T&F this #PrideMonth. Many recent attacks on the LGBTQ community seem targeted at visibility itself, making elevating & amplifying queer role models all the more essential.

I’ve never been super comfortable with ✨self promotion✨, but I’ve really enjoyed marathon/ultra coaching the past year+
Currently working with 6 athletes, but looking to add a few more in 2022. If you’re interested drop me a line!

I support this message regardless if you’re just getting started or you’re a seasoned veteran. I’ve followed Zack’s training for years. He knows what he’s doing, gets results, and is a genuinely great person who gives back to the running community.
