SOFTBALL'S SUPER 72
The 2022 Morning Call Softball All-Area teams include 72 players: 24 on the 1st team, 24 2nd teamers & 24 honorable mentions, based on the stats of area coaches. Lots of talent on display in a year that featured 6 different champions.

Becahi had a team of 3 girls compete at regionals and had a 3rd place medalist but no sanctioned team yet?! Times have changed. Do better @Becahi_Hawks
We’ve hit the halfway point to formally establish girls wrestling with PIAA. We've achieved emerging sport status and are gaining momentum. Thank you to the first 50 who for girls wrestling programs! #Share @PAPowerWrestle @ScottFMartin @PA_wrestling @TomHousenick @dhockensmith
Wasn’t the way we wanted to end but could not have asked for a better season. We overcame so much adversity and stuck it out. Thank you to all the seniors for their dedication and heart. The program is forever thankful.❤️❤️ #strengthinnumbers
