Oooh that reminds me. We're coming up on four years since tenants were booted out of these 16 rent controlled units, along with/10 restaurants.
Now they're saying they'll start work in January. The units should be seized if they stall again.
(They were in good shape in '22)

This is what happens when every plot of land is viewed as a way to double one's money, w/ the city's blessing. The slow death begins. New homeowners are all wealthy, & they'll slap up that privacy fence before they even move in.
