I was contacted yesterday about an opportunity for a book deal concerning the John O'Keefe case and the Murder Trial of Karen Read. I was asked what I thought would sell better: The stance that only Read is responsible or flipping and endorsing the conspiracy. I politely said I would never turn my back on truth for money. I was wondering, in light of all we have seen from the jurors, if this proposition ever crossed their minds? You see the danger? Was a certain verdict more advantageous for personal gain of the jurors? It is becoming clearer that the verdict in the Murder trial of Karen Read was due to jury nullification. It happens. Infamously, it happened in the OJ Simpson case (see below). Read was found not guilty, despite the facts indicating Read was responsible for John O'Keefe's death. Sadly, nullification is part of our system. It is the prerogative of a jury to acquit for any reason they want. But let's call this for what it is and stop the nonsense that the Alberts, the McCabes, Brian Higgins, and 50+ others participated in a coverup to murder John. It is defamatory to them. Just like no one else murdered Nicole and Ron, no one else but Read is responsible for John's death. The tail light shards were embedded in his clothes for heaven's sake. Take the verdict Read and FKR and be grateful you were able to fool so many. You have many more civil cases on the horizon that should keep you busy.
