The more you care, the less you get. Caring what people think, how things turn out, or whether someone likes you creates a distortion that works against you. In this video I break down the metaphysical reason why, drawn from Reality Transurfing, and speak about how dropping excess importance lets what you want flow to you. The word "care" comes from the Old English caru, meaning sorrow, anxiety and grief. Every time you grip an outcome, you are grieving in advance. We cover how worry actually attracts what you fear, becoming immune to insults and how to release your grip and act anyway. Stop caring!
