crypto went from giga chads like GCR making tens of millions shorting LUNA and betting against FTX while staying completely anonymous to a bunch of low aura, chronically online KOLs with the most punchable faces imaginable being worshipped like they're the greatest traders alive what the fuck happened to this space?
crazy how two of the biggest KOLs with the most aura in the trenches managed to lose it all with $ANSEM and $KIMCHI ngl Pumpfun might actually be the main reason crypto is dying we desperately need something else to rotate into this shit is getting embarrassing

Correct me if I'm wrong, but there are hundreds of such bots. The thing is, most of them require a monthly subscription. Unlike this one. :) @netrovertHQ is a good friend of mine, and it's a pleasure to share some feedback directly with the developer... I'm going to spend the next hour digging into dexscreener, TG chats, and playing with things a little bit...
saw this last night, shipped it this morning Netro Signal now watches 20 big accounts across solana, base, hyperliquid and more, and pings you when a fresh project follows them free on [@ netrosignal_bot], just send /follows on

I think this is a very underrated take. I've been doing something similar after hitting 7 figs in my first cycle during ICO mania and giving it all back, holding the vaporware down to -95%. During this time I was running another business, which was going very well too. But once the bear brought me back to reality, and the business started to dry up as well, you only realize how much value the money actually has. During good times you never appreciate it until its gone. Going from 0 to 100k was significantly more important than 100k to 1m. Because it's very hard to get out of the 4 and 5 fig hell, while having the overhead cost of basic living. All of this goes away once you have a nice cushion and you have full control over your spending each year. The percentage from cost to earnings/savings is just too good). The same thing applies to the 1-5m range (depending where you live at). Once you reach this area, your goal should be to reduce risk, not push it. Because with this kinda capital, conservatively invested into indexes or even property (which is often a less attractive investment), you secured the bag. It's very hard to go below that unless you keep pushing unnecessary risk with diminished upside. After learning my lesson from the first rodeo, I told my self to never fumble the bag again and did my best to do less risky things. I put majority of funds away. Leaving a small amount to push risk again. But never to gamble with your nest egg. If you got there through skill, you will run it up again. If you gut there through luck, you saved your self a ton of money and heart ache. After that I still donked good amounts away in other "less risky" opportunities, but I think for most of us crypto gamblers, its best to offramp aggressively and idealy never deposit it back again. Secure your bag, reduce your downside risk and start the game again with 1/10th of your portfolio is a reasonable approach imo. There is no rush to get to 8 figs. If you're here, you will most likely pursue to chase the hot ball of money for the rest of your life. Theres a reason why many of those 80 year old dinosaur finance bros , like peter lynch, are still on this app. They're addicted to the gamble and just love the game.
Level 4 (1M–10M) really is the no-man's-land of wealth. For example, going from $100k to $300k can change your life. You can quit a job, move somewhere else, or take a chance on something of your own. Going from $5M to $5.2M? You're richer, but you don't notice the increase anymore in the same way. This is where the diminishing returns start to show. Back in 2021, when I went from $500k to $1m, I felt like on top of the world. It was a big change for me. A little backstory: in Feb 2021, I quit my 9-5 job with $500k NW, and it felt like a huge achievement. I knew it wasn’t enough to live off forever, but it was enough to dare to bet on myself. During the years after 21’ there have been periods where my NW has increased a lot, and periods where it went a bit down or barely went up at all. So I can very much relate to what Nick says: at some point, you could “work” twice as hard and barely notice the difference in your life. Your portfolio grows. But the extra money buys you less, while the time it costs you stays the same. This is where I think a lot of people in crypto get stuck. You know how to make money. But unless you increase the risk, your NW will only go up linearly. Because you might have to risk money you no longer want to lose. So you end up in the middle, the 7-figure hell (no man's land). Imagine spending another year glued to crypto to make an extra $200k on a $5M portfolio (4% increase). Don’t misunderstand me, that’s a lot of money, but many people don’t want to risk the big gains they’ve already earned, and since they don’t, their NW will barely move, and they’re forever trapped in the 7-fig hell.

It took me 10 minutes to open my @ether_fi card. Good tech.
It's been 4 days since my @Plasma card has been verifying. Has this happened to anyone else? 👀

"Fear is the mind killer" I've always been an anxious person. If anything was uncertain I would try to find certainty. And if I wasn't able to do so I would overthink it constantly. But what I realized is sometimes all you can do is let go. Control what you can and let go of the rest. If all you do is find the bad in things, you miss out on everything else. New opportunities. The small things worth appreciating. The ants and the trees.
Does anyone else feel like the next decade we’re going into, everything is just so much more unclear and uncertain compared to earlier. Its like we’ve all our lives have played this video game that we got really good at, with «fixed rules», but now it feels like we have to start over again. No career feels safe, no investment method feels like an easy bet anymore. We are heading into unpaved territoriy thanks to AI. Scary, but it will also bring insane opportunities for those who have their eyes open.

The Year Is 2032.... - Gold is now worthless - Entire internet is hackable - AI bubble has burst - Real estate is dead and gone - Crypto? (What is 'crypto'?) The entire economy now runs on PSA 10 Charizards, first edition Harry Potter books, vintage high-quality One Piece collectibles, and original un-opened quaalude blister packs from the early 1970's 🤝

It was considered that if a16z, Paradigm, Dragonfly (and the list goes on) invested, it's a project worth farming. a16z invested ~$9.8 billion in crypto and ~$90 billion in AI, bio, fintech, etc. The meta now is not judging a project by VCs (as it used to be).
they invested in 50 crypto projects in 3 years, but 12/50 of them dead or shut down easy to understand

> be kimchi > be young > bundle coins > rug a few times > post some pictures > farm ‘rich guy’ aura > ct thinks u made $40m > get promoted by few larps > never confirm anything > keep posting pictures > link up with pumpfun > secure brand deals > become a vlogger
let me get this right, this @kimchi1x guy gained clout because 95% of crypto twitter is retards that thinks he made 40mil on trump when in reality, the wallet they all thought was his, is actually the wallet of someone in my fnf. when in reality, this kimchi guy bundled coins and launched 24/7 during the memecoin cycle and rugged you guys and you guys are calling him the goat and somehow he larped his way into the jews (alon) giving him a pumpfun deal because he posted pics/videos of his 80lb frame of a body wearing chrome and flexing in cars and private jets. Just making sure if i'm understanding it right.

i have to admit that this is much harder in practice it's easy to believe there are infinite opportunities when things are going well but when you lose something/someone, your mind automatically makes you feel that it never comes back you'd end up going crazy if you can't convince yourself that good things are eternally possible.
for your own sake, you genuinely have to believe in the theory of infinite abundance for every lost love, missed opportunity, blown chance & failed test, there’s always a future substitute of equal or greater value this is the only rational way to trick yourself into getting the most out of life

We just sent the SEC our comment letter on Regulation Crypto Assets. Our goal is to give every token one current, public record to make onchain compliance cheaper and faster. Our asks: 1) Let projects file disclosures through Qualified Onchain Disclosure Agents 2) Let third parties file on behalf of projects It's time we protect investors so we can protect this industry. cdn.blockworks.com/s/assets/…

Feel like there is nothing in life as 'metaphysically grounding' as walking around under the stars at night... Like looking up and knowing that the moon and stars looking down at you are the same ones that looked down at your ancestors 1000 years ago... And again, it also feels like it is when the 'veil is thinnest'... Like if you listen to the sound of the wind in the trees you can almost hear all your dead friends and family and ancestors whispering to you and urging you on... Is just ridiculously wholesome man... Steinbeck and Ed Ricketts wrote about this feeling (or something similar) and called it 'breaking through'... Basically these moments where everything in life seems interconnected and everything seems to make sense and you have a momentary sensation of transcendence... Is also famously portrayed by the sort of spiritual/metaphysical moment in The Wind In The Willows that the title of the book is taken from... To me, however, moon-maxxing walks have always been the most effective way to manifest it... ... **But yeah photo below from my new phone that is able to take night images... was from midnight or so but it just lightens it up a bit...

Oh, someone already did a post on it. Anyway, I love the game & GGs to those who won a Rolex!! 💪 xitter.cf/dethective/status/2112…
So today you opened X and everyone is getting a Rolex (Mitch got 2) 20 Rolexes were distributed, 11 went to KOLs It's time to address those questions: > Who really got a Rolex and who is larping? > Were KOLs statistically advantaged? Check the table and the experiment 🧵
