Thank you MO Tax Relief Now. Missouri would not have the senior property tax freeze without the work of Dr. Dennis Ganahl @DGanahl, @NilesStephens and the entire volunteer team at @MoTaxReliefNow. 90 counties and counting is an incredible accomplishment and I am proud to have your endorsement. #moleg
MO Tax Relief Now is proud to endorse @benKeath. Ben led the charge on Missouri's Senior Property Tax Freeze and now over 300,000 Missourians are taking advantage of the tax freeze across 90 counties. Results you can count. Real dollars saved. Thank you Ben! #moleg #chesterfieldmo #benkeathley

"Hi, I'm Ben Keathley Remember these? The Clarkson Road curb bump outs? When Modot put these in, it caused horrible things for our community. Solar response times from our police, our EMS drivers, and our firefighters. Snowplow removal problems, trash buildup on the side of the road, biking problems, and traffic accidents. What problems did it solve? Virtually nothing. But it came at a huge price tag of $52 million. Well, thanks to my legislation in Jefferson City, we were able to get these removed. A simple filing of a bill requiring community input, something Modot should have been doing anyway, forced Modot's hand to remove all 84 bump outs from Clarkson and Long Road. And today, thanks to my legislation, those curve bump outs are gone. I look forward to continuing to representing you in the upcoming session as your state representative and fighting for things that matter to Chesterfield, to us, right here in our community. I'm Ben Keathley and I'd love to have your vote on November 3rd." #moleg #chesterfield #bumpouts #modot #chesterfieldmo #benkeathley

Less than 5% of Missourians stalled a constitutionally enacted law, screwing millions of Missourians out of a congressional vote in the primary. It’s NOT the map that’s broken.
Over 305,000 Missourians — Republicans, Democrats, and Independents alike — all signed to put this rigged and broken map to a vote so they could VOTE NO. Over 305,000 Missourians. Now let's finish the job by voting NO on Prop A!

It’s been said a democracy is two wolves and a sheep deciding what’s for dinner. A republic is two wolves and a well-armed sheep. Amendment 6 wants to disarm Missouri’s sheep. A thread on why I’m voting NO on 6. 🧵

"Over 300,000 Missourians are taking advantage of the senior property tax freeze across 90 different counties. These last four years, as your state representative, I have many accomplishments I'm proud of. But one I'm most proud of is the senior property tax freeze. Passed not once but twice. The original measure in 2023 and the expansion bill in 2024. Since we passed the expansion, over 300,000 Missourians are taking advantage of the senior property tax freeze across 90 different counties. We are saving taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars every year between that and income tax elimination on Social Security benefits and public pensions. Seniors have benefited under these programs. We are just getting started for Missouri taxpayers." - Rep. Ben Keathley, Candidate MO House District #101 Vote November 3rd #moleg #mogov #motaxreliefnow #PropertyTaxRelief #missouri #chesterfield

Three years ago today, Hamas murdered about 1,200 people in Israel and took 251 hostages. Families were killed in their homes. Young people were killed at a music festival. We remember them, and the families who still grieve. We stand with the Jewish community, here and in Israel, and we reject antisemitism in every form.

If only the people trying to draft proposed constitutional articles knew the difference between undue and undo…
Are you as sick as we are of Jeff City politicians trying to undue everything we vote for? Vote NO on Amendment 3 to keep them from repealing what we voted for in 2024!

Families absolutely should be off limits in politics. Come at me all you want but once you go after family you’ve crossed the line. Just a couple weeks ago, “Rev” Susan Shumway’s campaign worker called my personal number numerous times and then called my wife’s work to smear her. Here is the phone call of that interaction with my wife’s employer and Shumway’s employee. You’ll hear how she not only berates me and my wife, this psycho representative of Shumway’s creepily just makes it known that I have daughters. These tactics being used by the so called “Reverend” (or false prophet) who calls me a “bully” are wholly unacceptable. To take the time and research my wife, her employer, then call my wife’s work (why? To try and tortuously interfere with her employment?) and threaten to picket her business and then mention that you know I have daughters shows how mentally unstable these people truly are. Now, law enforcement has to monitor not only my wife’s work and our home, but my girls as well since it’s clear these people will do anything to try and gain political power. I thought you all were mentally unwell when you supported taxpayer funded sexual surgeries for minors, but this is next level insanity. This form of harassment will not be tolerated

Property tax reform continues as a #1 priority. Thank you for your endorsement and continuing hard work to protect the taxpayers of Missouri. Grassroots organizations are critical to the health of our republic and the effectiveness of public policy. "Ben Keathley is an unapologetic taxpayer warrior. He goes out every day looking for ways to lower taxes, and make government accountable. Ben sponsored the Senior Property Tax Freeze bill the following year he passed a bill to make it stronger. We strongly endorse Ben Keathley as State Representative of District 101." -Dennis Ganahl, Founder & CEO @MoTaxReliefNow benkeathley.com/post/mo-tax-…

Years that end in 0 belong to the last decade. ie: 1990 was in the 80s.
What’s the weirdest hill you’ll die on? Not politics. Not morality. Not anything serious. I mean the completely unnecessary opinion you’re willing to defend with your entire chest. I want the petty stuff.

I cannot make sense of SCMO's ruling holding @DLHoskins in contempt. It says that he could have just done nothing rather than obey federal Judge Clark's injunction. But Judge Clark's injunction explicitly directed him to use the new map. What was @DLHoskins supposed to do? SCMO already admonished Hoskins for not acting quickly enough, and yet claims he could have done nothing in response to the federal district court's injunction. That is *not* what the federal district court's injunction said. And the subsequent SCOTUS order staying the injunction is irrelevant--at the time @DLHoskins acted, the injunction was in full force and had not been stayed. It does not add up.

Breaking--Judge Clark *denies* request to enjoin SCMO from holding SOS Hoskins in contempt, citing comity reasons and stating he has no doubt SCMO will respect his comity as a district court judge as well. He also suggests issuing such an extreme order is premature, as SCMO has not actually found SOS Hosking in contempt yet.

I heard some states are floating the use of eminent domain to put in a data center. That is way over the line, and I adamantly disagree. Eminent domain exists for public use. It is not a land acquisition service for a private company.

Crime, constant gambling ads, expensive. MLB is no longer for families.
Busch Stadium is a ghost town. The Cardinals are only 3.5 back of a wild card spot with the Phillies in town. What happened St. Louis? Where did baseball “Heaven” go?
