Absolutely tragic that this amazing neuro rehab facility focusing on outdoor rehabilitation has now closed. Ground-breaking and effective, we filmed & sampled their fantastic activities for our documentary in October 2023.

We took our notebooks to the beach to process all our learnings from #Raindance2025 but, fell asleep on the beach, certainly a good way to relax after 10 days of hard networking, watching the festival God, swimming in the sea is good 😁

Glad that @axainsurance did not repatriate someone who was in a Coma from a TBI when patients are not safe to travel.
I was in this situation 2010 and had great travel insurance who put me in the care of an excellent neurosurgeon who was 100% focused on safety and good outcomes

What did the call centre numpty think was happening - an extended holiday perhaps??!
#braininjury is irreversible, and if US medics say a patient can't be repatriated, that is a serious thing.
