U.S. #biofuels update: EPA finalized the RFS mandates for 2026 & 2027 yesterday. First, a press release at 1PM ET, followed by the full rule after the market closed.
There's a lot to digest: Record-high volumes; 70% SRE allocation; no half-RINs in 2026/27, but possible in 2028.
