We gave the whole team a Grok Bot that knows our brand. Now anyone can make a great deck in seconds, and I don't have to worry if someone is using the wrong font.

To set this one up specifically, we built a custom brand tool that creates assets within the boundaries defined by the design team. We then made an internal API for the tool and gave an API key to the Team Bot. Everyone else can then just talk to the Team Bot!
