My roster-building plan for Dallas would be simple: get assets for Kyrie, preserve 2028 cap space, see you can sign with it. Luka is the pipe dream. Deni, given Portland's cap, feels slightly more attainable. Maybe it's role players and you trade picks for a younger sidekick.
