Horrendous Customer Support from @CareemUAE. Ordered pharmaceutical product from app, product was damaged when I opened it, but because I didn’t report within 90 minutes (!!) of receiving, tough luck. Shareholders before customers 100%.
A lot of chat about #MoonbirdsOddities having similar traits to the original birb. This may be true but I see that as a feature, it makes you want to keep them together. Also the rarity is quite different. 1/3

Hi @ACEHardwareUAE. Ordered some paint from you. On delivery the driver wouldn't deliver it unless I handed over personal information such as a copy of my passport or drivers license. Is this data harvesting or mis-communication?
When you pay for support on @MongoDB then try and submit an issue but there’s an additional issue with the support feature! 👎
