I've done all of this & as I said the customers service & communications between Lufthansa and airports is non existent. The online platform is effectively useless. Your representatives continue to say they can't do anything because "well I'm not at the airport". So who CAN help?

Also keep in touch with local Lost & Found, and with the number on your loss report. I hope you and your belongings will be reunited again very soon! /Lisa 2/2

The customer service & staff @lufthansa are the most rude, disrespectful & unhelpful people I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I've been hung up on & even told their job was "not to be respectful" I would like help from someone capable & kind.

PLEASE START RESOURCING LONG TERM UNRESTRICTED FUNDING QUICKLY BEFORE A WHOLE GENERATION WILL COLLAPSE AND GIVE UP. EVEN IF SOME ENDOWMENTS WERE DRAINED TO HALF THEY WOULD BE FINE AND WE NEED TO MOVE BOLDLY AND TRANSFORMATIVELY WITH A TAD OF SAFETY. PLEASE HURRY UP. PLEASE.

Such a privilege and joy to be able to bring @ImmyKaur @bethanykoby @iacocoba (and ofc @arianesconrad 😉) to get under the surface of the #CitizenFuture at #FixingtheFuture I’ll add some of my own takeaways in 🧵 later but for now ❤️✊🤩

Lovely to hear from @bethanykoby at #FixingtheFuture, honestly sharing that whilst she has built some incredible businesses none of the models we have been sold are fit for purpose for the futures we need and what it means to create and experiment with new ones. – at Barcelona, Spain

I went to a fabulous masterclass with the @AimHiLive team and @MatthewShribman. An important and wonderful course for all humans to have the foundations to navigate how Lille is changing. I am supporting his book as awareness and information is the first step in our evolution.
