Husband just told me that what he likes about my dress is that “it covers everything, but looks like it might not.”
Funny because it feels the same way and that’s what I like least about this dress. 😂
Your husband is openly lusting after other women; my husband has no recollection of previously meeting the cute single girl who works at the sale barn.
We are not the same. 💅
My mom just asked me if my 5 week old still fits in 0-3 month clothing. If by “still fits” you mean “hasn’t grown into them yet,” then yes.
Nothing like your BIL walking in the door when you’re sitting on the couch feeding your baby in nothing but a nursing top and underwear.
I feel like he’s seen a lot of me before, but… he just saw a lot of me. 😂
Took the library books back to the library so we don’t have to read the same eight children’s books every night and yet my 4yo has still selected Kittybunkport three nights in a row. 🫠
I try to limit my trips to town because it exhausts me, but I like hosting things. So… I rarely leave my house, but I’m always thrilled to have people drop by.
Happy medium?
Caught a raccoon in the live trap last night and my kids are way too excited about his impending death. 😂
Me: “Don’t wake your sister up getting your toys out of your room.”
4yo: “She woke up on her own. Because my stuffed animal was under her and I had to pull it out.”
On her own, huh? At least she woke up happy. 🙄
I have no idea how to answer this poll because, as a one time thing, heck yeah, baby. I’ll wear that dress tonight if it makes you happy. But a “yes” vote comes across as, “Heck yeah I want my man to micromanage my life” which I very much do not want.
Women, suppose your husband or long term boyfriend came up to you and said "hey, we're going to X restaurant at Y time, wear Z dress." Assume no schedule conflicts or practical issues, because he knows your schedule, preferences, and wardrobe.

Him: “She’ll grow another one.”
Me: “Not for a few years!”
Him: “So she’ll be cute for a long time. She’ll look mischievous.”
Sometimes I have dumb thoughts like, “I can’t use the tomatoes that have chilis in them because my toddler is allergic to chilis” when she is also allergic to tomatoes so she can’t eat it either way.
Anyone else have a grandparent try to change their grandma name a few years in? She keeps trying to correct my kids and they just give her a blank stare because it doesn’t make sense to them.
Stop trying to make Memaw happen!
One day I’ll be able to tell the story of my daughter’s beginning without crying, but it is not this day.
