Hey @MacDon, parts on back order for over two weeks during harvest when your customers need you the most is completely unacceptable. Lucky the dealer stepped up to provide a John Deere header so we can keep going! Looks like switching brands might be in order. #poorservice

Long maybe useless post but thoughts rattling around in my head.
Early 2000’s till about 2017 grew 50-65 BPA canola. 50% less fert than now and supposedly inferior tech
Since then we struggle to get into the 50’s and last 3 years 25-35 seems to be it.
Honestly why
Dad harvesting some canola yesterday. His 56th crop. Probably already forgot more than I will ever know about farming. Begrudgingly driving a John Deere, but I think it's growing on him!

Looking for thoughts on yellow pea varieties. Last few years went through chrome, profit, spectrum, tollefson, julius, McMurphy, Citrine. Seems they all grow 4’ tall then drop to 4” with subpar yield considering straw. Go back 15 years to Saffrons?
