Happy $HYPE ath With points now worth around $214, this has turned into one of my best trades ever
Took a risk buying some cheap ($1.3 per point) Hyperliquid points OTC a few months back to add some more exposure in addition to points from trading. Price was appealing, but we were buying "resale" (not buying from original wallets owner - multiple people had seen these private keys) So we wrote a bot to instantly transfer them out - happy to see these coins safely acquired

8.5m $ in staking rewards 2h 22m after launch annualizes to $31.46b in yearly $PAPER holder rewards PUMP trades at $4.64b FDV with ~$345m annualized holder rewards, so logically the PAPER FDV should be something like $423b, making it worth more than ETH. ETH doesn't let you go 1000x long, so this seems fair to me
staking rewards now show properly on the frontend $8.5m distributed to PAPER stakers so far

Feels like this needs to be periodically reiterated Think bigger/longer term than some twitter likes
Events with a known date/time seem to be getting frontrun earlier and earlier If you're aware of some event/news that you think should move a token's price in the future, imo it seems better NOT to bring attention to it until as close to the event as possible, especially if you're an account with reach Why? You minimize the chances of two groups forming that negatively impact your early position: 1. Slow buyers that can later suppress a pump: Buyers who join you in buying well before the event - often not with enough urgency to move the price much. These buyers (a) reduce future event-related buy pressure, and (b) can create a game of chicken where the now-larger # of people pre-positioned all don't want to be "left holding the bag" if not enough buy pressure comes in later. If they know the trade is already a bit crowded, they'll look to sell sooner than later 2. Fomo-desensitized traders: If someone has been hearing of this for weeks leading up to the event itself, they're less likely to feel a fomo-driven rush to buy when the time comes. Again, reducing event-related buy pressure tldr, it seems to me that you're *less* likely to help create a sell the news event if you don't publicize your frontrunning as much. Obviously depends on the event and how others are acting, but in general Then again, if you don't tweet it early enough, you can't quote tweet yourself later on and claim clout, so what do I know

apparently no one understands this we literally had this same thing happen a week ago xitter.cf/bh359/status/209519147…
another clarification while I'm at it, this isn't a listing, it just gives it a page on the app. for example ANSEM has the same thing

what a day for the hunter biden substack subscribers🚀
no, laptop is not "bundled to $100b+" it looks like the team is struggling to get liquidity set up and was repeatedly LPing/un-LPing small amounts, most of it likely out of range, and people decided to blindly trade it without looking at price also gave crazy exits to some snipers running with no price protections who bought at 10 figs and were able to sell at 11-12 instead of losing 99% (likely) main LP wallet still has $1m+ usdc basically the float is near 0, congrats to anyone who has an allocation if they're able to claim before this nukes back to a real price

since people seem to be missing it the $FAMI paired with JINQIAN isn't a robinhood tokenized stock, it's a token made by the a wallet who then took 38% of it and made the initial LP so the typical flow of rh stocks (authorized participants can mint/redeem tokens to help arb the price) doesn't apply instead the fami deployer has been adjusting fami/usdg liquidity + there's a helper contract that the deployer is calling periodically to try to "reprice" the meme pool as things move around so tldr fami currently relies on the deployer to help maintain the peg. which for now seems fine, but say fami onchain traded 50% under the stock price, it's unclear to me how a repeg would work (would the deployer inject capital to peg it? idk, no info afaik)

Now that we've flushed memory stocks 50% and liquidated leopold, make sure to go tell your followers the usual: - we still havent fully washed out the leverage - more is coming (we nuke again? add another warning) - there is no chance of a v recovery and everyone has 3 weeks to buy the bottom
Now that we've flushed alts 80% and liquidated $7b, make sure to go tell your followers the usual: - we still havent fully washed out the leverage - more is coming (we nuke again? add another warning) - there is no chance of a v recovery and everyone has 3 weeks to buy the bottom

over a month of HLP pnl wiped out by a few linked addresses trading $XPL today process was: - deposit ~$1.3m across 5 wallets - twap long 93m XPL (~$10.6m, ~8x leverage) - withdraw ~$3.1m total (allowed bc hyperliquid lets you withdraw uPnL as long as you stay above maintenance margin) - get liquidated (some was sold into the book, majority was backstopped around $0.13 - unclear exactly how this worked, but it *seems* this went through into resting bids rather than having HLP take it on) - still, HLP lost over $400k from bad debt as the attacker accounts went negative at the backstop price. reminiscent of the POPCAT attack from last year - attacker netted ~$1.85m in profit usually HLP takes on and holds these liquidations longer. maybe they had some logic around not doing so given they also had to eat bad debt, and the book could support the liquidation. or maybe it's just the usual system. not sure anyways, this doesn't seem repeatable, kinda specific to XPL today where there were buyers on other exchanges (hacked account?) + thin spot liq. i assume if you tried this on another coin rn you'd just get liquidated after you finish twapping (images of HLP pnl, one attacker's backstop liqs, and one attacker's txs where he withdrew some USDC to profit before letting the rest of the position get liquidated)

correct me if I'm wrong but this seems like the largest ever single-block builder profit in ethereum history, ~$33m to titan it also may be one of the largest MEV block rewards ever on eth, a 568 ETH proposer payment which falls just behind the SVB USDC depeg (had a 692 ETH payment), 2023 sushiswap whitehat hack (689 ETH), and 2023 curve whitehat hack (584 ETH) others already commented on the original issues with the order (illiquid route + insane $155k AAVE limit price), but here's where the $50m went: - $36k to the user's cowswap order (331 AAVE) - $619k cowswap solver fee - ~$9.9m to the MEV bot that backran the 17,957 ETH -> 331 AAVE swap (backrun was 128 AAVE -> 17,959 ETH) - another ~$2.6m to the same MEV bot from backrunning the $50m USDT -> $37m WETH swap over multiple txs - ~$34.3m fee to titan from the MEV bot (includes $1.2m to lido as the block proposer) - ~$3.5m in dex swap fees + residual smaller arb txs insane payday for titan, who sent their profits to coinbase, and this single MEV bot took the majority of the arbs in both the illiquid AAVE/WETH pool and the $13m slippage swap in the main USDT/WETH pool
Poor fellow swapped $50m -> $35k on eth mainnet 😭😭😭 etherscan.io/tx/0x9fa9feab3c…
