We don't get to have night games b/c we are the Big 10's biggest draw and most consistent winner by far. We're being asked to voluntarily limit what we spend by the conference to make it fairer on others, which will put SEC schools at an advantage.
At some point ...
Ryan Day on Oregon: “They have all the talent in the world ... they have NFL players all over the field ... This is not going to be your typical three-loss team coming in here, so all the stuff that came up last week, we gotta get corrected fast.”

Joe Buck and Troy Aikman's two-decade partnership hit a breaking point on “Monday Night Football” back on Oct. 12.
Aikman believes Buck is responsible for manipulating the end of his ESPN career. Buck thinks Aikman did it to himself. And it is clear ESPN has taken Buck’s side in the pending divorce.
How did it get to this point? @AndrewMarchand asked around.

The term is "Xennials."
We're the last generation that got to live our young adulthoods free of smartphones and social media.
That's why we're nowhere near as obnoxious as 90s Millennials.

Just so we all understand how rare what happened in Tampa today. The @Buccaneers are the 1st team since 1974 to win a game without completing a pass..but let’s go deeper: Tampa has won 2 straight games by double digits with all of 62 passing yards. That’s the fewest passing yards in 2 games won by double digits since the 1942 Steelers

GO BROWNS

The Browns have lost 22 straight regular-season games in Pittsburgh, and have not won a regular-season game there since Oct. 5, 2003 -- 8,248 days ago. They are one loss today shy of tying the NFL record for most consecutive road regular-season losses vs. a team in NFL history that the Lions currently hold, losing 23 straight games at Green Bay from 1992 through 2014.

Ryan Day isn’t the same coach he was as OC under Urban Meyer or early in his head coaching tenure. He’s become extremely conservative and overly reliant on NFL concepts.
Pairing that with Arthur Smith leaves a lack of creativity and urgency on offense.
Ohio State has had only one OC under Day that people would consider a rockstar playcaller: Chip Kelly. He pushed the boundaries.
At a place like Ohio State with more talent and resources than 99% of the teams it faces, being overly conservative doesn’t mesh. They don’t force opponents to play on their terms despite those advantages.
This program is one Nick Marsh footstep away from being 5-5 over its last 10 games, with Iowa as the signature win.
