Baroness @GreenJennyJones has tabled a rare "fatal motion" to stop a Tory amendment to Public Order Bill.
Tories are changing ‘serious disruption’ of other people’s day-to-day activities to mean ‘anything more than minor’.
Lords opposed it. Tories using secondary legislation to get it back in without change.
If they win, imagine authoritarian Britain in a short space of time
