Ive tried this and it doesn't let me submit it. I get "Field name should not be left blank" which its clearly not blank! (ive hidden the form for privacy for the image uplad), Thanks
Hi. When I click on submit it says Fill in all required fields. If I enter anything in the "field name" box it still doesn't submit. Tried from 3 computers and and various browsers from different locations too. Can you replicate this problem?
@LloydsBank trying to raise a Lloyds credit card payment dispute with a merchant and when I fill the form I get a box called "Field name", what is this? It appears on every selection under "Why are you disputing this transaction?" It won't let me submit the form, help please.
