Allegedly Nisha Khicher, Rajasthan state vice president for Indian Youth Congress.
She can be seen openly defacing a Police car with a spray can. She should be arrested under Section 425 which has a two years jail term.
Requesting Delhi police and Rajasthan Police to launch a probe into this

#WATCH | Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh: SP Jagadeesh says, "Yesterday's Rapthadu's unfortunate incident. From the police department side, we have formed around 15 teams. We have worked around the clock since the incident. And today evening, we have got a tip-off that the accused is in the outskirts of Atmakur forest area. Based on the information, two teams were deployed to trace and arrest the accused. During the process when our people approached the accused, he initially tried to agitate and he attempted to attack them with the knife that he was carrying. He was drunk and he tried to attack our officers. Initially our officers have warned him by opening fire in the air but subsequently when he again tried to attack our officers and injured one of our inspector, then our people have opened fire and around six rounds were fired below the knee and bottom portion of the body. He was subsequently shifted to the hospital... As of now he is critical and he is undergoing treatment at GGH Anantapur." (01.11)
