Meditation is just giving attention to your breath (prana).
Manifestation is just giving attention to your thoughts.
Where attention goes, energy flows.
Every object of knowledge stands apart from the knower but what happens when you turn toward the very source of knowing?
Upanishads invite us beyond worshipping concepts of Divine toward investigating the consciousness through which all experience becomes possible.
You cannot stand apart from Brahman to observe it, because the very consciousness by which you seek to know is implicated in the mystery.

Vācika Japa : chanting aloud. Voice, breath and hearing engage the mind.
Upāṃśu Japa : whispering so softly that others can barely hear. The lips move, but the sound is minimal.
Mānasika Japa : repeating the mantra mentally, without external sound or lip movement.
Silent chanting = Mānasika Japa (मानसिक जप). This is considered subtler than audible chanting.
[ mental repetition is not same as ajapa japa, spontaneous/effortless continuation of mantra awareness, nor is either automatically the same as meditation beyond conceptual thought ]
You have spent your entire life identifying with what you can observe.
Try questioning that for 10 minutes.
1. Sit quietly. Let the body breathe naturally.
2. Notice your body. It changes, yet you know its changes.
3. Notice thoughts appearing and disappearing. You know them, too.
4. Notice emotions, memories and sensations. Each comes and goes.
5. Now ask: If all these can be observed, can any of them, by itself, be the observer?
6. Don't answer philosophically. Don't repeat “I am Brahman/Atman” Simply distinguish what is observed from the awareness in which it is known.
7. Rest without turning awareness into another object to chase.
No visions required. No special state. No belief required to begin.
Experiment is simple: investigate what you call “I” before deciding what you are.

Western mind when it encounters something it cannot explain: “DEMONIC.” 😭💀
Bro, your naked eye detects only a tiny slice of electromagnetic spectrum. Infrared, ultraviolet, radio waves, X rays and gamma rays exist beyond your visual perception.
Imagine being so anthropocentric that you mistake the limitations of your own sensory apparatus for the boundaries of reality.
Universe isn't obligated to look visible to you to exist. 🤡
Bro went from non linear time to dinosaur reincarnation because of a special interest 😭 What’s the karmic mechanism here, Jurassic Park?
Ask whether reaching Sahasrara or attaining Nirvikalpa samadhi causes yogi to leave body and you'll get confident answers from every direction.
Hatha Yoga Pradipika frames mastery of prana and bindu, achieved partly through practices like khechari mudra; as giving the yogi control over the timing of death; not causing death automatically, but making it optional, a matter of will rather than compulsion.
Ichha mrityu; willed death, departing consciously through brahmarandhra rather than through ordinary bodily failure.
