WE'RE BACK!
We're incredibly happy to announce that we have officially been reinstated into the YouTube Partner Program, and our monetization has been fully restored!
Over the past several days, we've seen so many of you speaking out about what happened, particularly here on X. The response from this community has been incredible.
While we don't know exactly what led to YouTube reversing its decision, we want everyone who took the time to speak up to know that we saw your posts, your comments, and your messages. Thank you! We would also like to thank Midwest Safety and The Villains for reaching out to us and offering their support during this time.
Every EWU documentary represents an enormous amount of original work by our team. We put everything into bringing these investigations to you, and we're grateful that we can continue doing what we do.
While we're celebrating being remonetized, our fight for transparency is far from over!
We recently secured a major legal victory against the City of Moscow, Idaho, in our fight for public records related to the Bryan Kohberger investigation. Because of this win, we expect to bring you previously unreleased records that will provide greater transparency into the investigation. These victories aren't just wins for EWU. They're wins for everyone who believes in accountability and the public's right to know!
Separately, our fight for transparency in the Emilie Kiser case, which so many of you have been following closely, is still ongoing, and we aren't backing down.
Beyond public records, we remain committed to funding DNA testing for cold cases and supporting searches for missing people.
These efforts require significant resources, and every YouTube view, Patreon membership, and EWU Plus subscription helps make them possible.
We cannot thank you enough for how involved you've been in supporting our mission. You're helping us make a real difference in issues that matter beyond the screen. This community is about so much more than watching documentaries. Together, we're making a real-world impact, and we're just getting started!
To everyone who stood up for EWU, thank you. We couldn't ask for a better community!
Now, let's get back to what we do best!
