Today, at the Jenna School, we all enjoyed celebrating the olive harvest season! The children created drawings and paintings, which they hung up on the classroom board. Then they sang songs and performed the *dabke* (traditional folk dance), then sat down to a spread of olive oil, olives, cheese, *za’atar* flatbreads, and slices of tomato and cucumber.
