I'm in that city every day for work. It's a dump. It's been a dump for 40 years. Every mayor ends up committing some kind of felony. The roads are worse than what I drove on in Afghanistan. I didn't love Hogan either but Moore is the worst governor in my lifetime.

I remember him CANCELING the RED LINE PROJECT because he said that the money would take away funding for these same public schools and assistance programs. At minimum, the citizens of Baltimore should be given five minutes to beat the SHIT out of him.
