Deep in the forests of western Assam, along the India–Bhutan border, lies Raimona National Park—a tropical wilderness of towering giants, from elephants and gaurs to the elusive Gee’s golden langur.
One of the world’s most endangered primates, Gee’s golden langur is a leaf-eating monkey that lives high in the forest canopy. With its radiant golden coat and serene expression, it seems to glow among the treetops. Yet, despite its striking beauty, spotting this elusive primate in the dense foliage is no easy feat.

Our priority is to ensure human-wildlife coexistence while safeguarding forests, wildlife and the lives and livelihoods of local communities.
