I don't need you to pay me anything
I just want to build the most advanced tool and get many people to use it and get fit.
#FitnessGoals #TechForGood
Every fitness influencer makes their own branded app to lock users in.
For users - especially those who rely on AI - these apps are getting less interesting.
Who will be the first influencer to realize the path forward is just like in other industries: an open source platform?
There's a few who dare to think for themselves and who can appreciate both scientific rigor as well as practical and anecdotal wisdom. I'm thinking mainly of @AJA_Cortes here.
This + also either be on large deficit to cut fast without losing muscle or bulk in a small surplus to only gain muscle and minimal fat
Essential Bodybuilding Habits

Prioritize weak points
Patience
Anabolics (if you compete)
Repeat ad infinitum
-Anything I overlooked?
So many examples of this. I'm helping a friend lose weight. He read an article that recommended consuming several teaspoons of olive oil per day "because it is healthy"... But it contains hundreds of calories! Much healthier to *not* consume any oils and lose body fat instead!

The direct result of fitness/health content (both from traditional media and "influencers") which only has 1 goal: selling ads. Following media about health typically makes one *worse* off. Proper recommendations are few and far between. You're one of the few good ones, doc.
The fitness industry is 99% deliberate misinformation designed to bait engagement or to sell ads, not to actually benefit you. Most advice is actually harmful. There's a couple of notable exceptions and those are the ones whose content I feature on body.build
There's a lot of BS amongst fitness influencers but this guy nails it, plain and simple.
Seems most people still use body.build for the web based program creator, the mobile app is a bit too clunky. will work more on this to make it nicer!
Adding a bunch more exercises today.
Always wondered how these presses compared, they have some subtle differences, but the volume calculator knows!
