My god, he used the same company that produces trophies minor league sports to build these, didn't he.
Trump's $5 million gold refurbishing is now melting off the horse statues in Washington, D.C.

Hey @Sportsnet… just because I refuse to partake in your ridiculous gouging doesn’t mean I’m not gonna watch the games. There are plenty of options to keep the money out of your pocket and I’m gonna promote them to every single person I can. Fuck you 🖕

Yet no one could watch.
Alberta will play host to both national games in Canada tonight exclusively on Sportsnet+. The Flames (3-0-0) host the Maple Leafs (4-0-0) with both teams on a win streak, while Leon Draisaitl and Connor McDavid aim for a fifth consecutive multi-point game.

Those were pretty pathetic shootout attempts by McDrai.

After 40, it was hard to blame Jarry, but that was a brutal third by him. Was he capable of freezing the puck even once? Guy just gives up on games.

And this may be why it’s worth it for Canada to invest in a competitor for Starlink if Elon will throttle entire Countries if he feels like it.
Apparently, Musk was pressured into making a public statement. According to him, Ukrainian forces violated Starlink's terms of service by using it for "offensive drone strikes to kill people." And then, in the very same statement, he claims that Starlink remains critically important for Ukraine's defense. A routine reminder: when you're defending yourself, you also kill people, even more than during "offensive drone strikes." In other words, Musk's explanation isn't really an explanation. It's a political statement. And also an admission: yes, we were the ones imposing the restrictions, and no, it wasn't because Starlink was being used to kill people.

Sorry but if you can’t cleanly handle a wrist shot from Zach McEwan you shouldn’t be in the NHL

Well that does it for tonight. 8-2-1 with lots of learning to come from it.

Jarry is struggling smothering the puck. This might get hairy

Holy fuck are these officials terrible.

I just don’t get this kind of response. It’s so easy to back down and claim that you didn’t know all the details to begin with, but no don’t ever admit a mistake and double down saying that a 9 year old lied about being raped by her stepdad.
Trump: I don't know anything about a stepfather. This has nothing to do with the stepfather. She says her daughter is a liar

We all assume at some point they will be a slow down making dreams of a 200 point season for McDaviid go away. But there’s a real chance he eclipses Gretzky’s mark for most points by a player in the season they turned 30 (163)

lol, maybe instead being annoyed that he went down, maybe don’t cross check a guy in the back of the neck when he’s already on his way down. Just maybe?
We complain about the quality of officials, but this BS has to be called out. I'm willing to bet the officials won't take kindly to this, and Hyman might be on the wrong end of some decisions moving forward.

Wow!! The ball didn't touch the floor from the defense 3 pt line to the bucket and first touched by the scoring player at the centre logo. How can that be a legal play.
GIANNIS JUST “PASSED TO HIMSELF” IN TRANSITION, TOOK ABOUT 47 STEPS, AND THEY CALLED IT A BUCKET… You literally cannot pass the ball to yourself in the NBA. That’s a travel every single time at every level… But superstar privilege is alive and well. Refs let him Euro-step from half court like it’s nothing… This is why casual fans tune out. Same rules don’t apply to everyone… How many more of these “missed” calls are we supposed to ignore this season?

For perspective the referendum result is the most lopsided in Canada history other than prohibition or PEI ban of cars in 1913 and the question was only whether to even bother continuing discussion about separation. They want to claim victory. Truth is they were humiliated.

This is stupid. If my neighbour gets drunk at my house and hits on my wife and smashes my window when I ask him to leave, I'm likely done with him. But if someone new moves into the house, I'll welcome the new neighbour.
Doug Ford: "It's clear that Canada's relationship with the United States has changed permanently. No matter what happens in the midterms, no matter who sits in the White House, we're not going back to the way things were."

In a world full of Wayans', be a Ferrell.
Damon Wayans Jr. exposes the truth about how Black celebrities vs. white celebrities act behind closed doors "That’s when I realized the difference between how Black celebrities have fun and white celebrities have fun was on the set of Other Guys" "We got Will Ferrell and Adam McKay. I got really close with them, right? And so close that they had this poker night... he would rent this nice hotel room and had a dealer and open bar" "I remember showing up for the first time and it was like Will Ferrell, it was Adam, a couple other celebrities… zero bitches, right? And so this is before I was married, right? Zero bitches" "So I go up to Will and I’m just like, 'Hey man, where the hoes at?' He’s like, 'Hoes? Um, I’m married.' I was like, 'Oh no… but like, where the hoes at?' He’s like, 'No, we’re just going to play poker'" "I just wasn’t used to it, you know? ‘Cause like, you know, Uncle Marlon… he got hoes everywhere. He bring hoes to the dentist" "Yeah, that nigga die, he bring bitches to heaven. Like, 'What’s up, God? Me plus three. Can we get them some wings?'"

Q2 is hard to argue against your logic, if they pay the same taxes, not sure why you'd exclude them for services. Q3, reasonable to have a waiting period before accessing all services (essentially until contributing to the tax pool)...

Q4, if one reads it as an either/or follow up to Q3 it's maybe reasonable, but less so if both. Taxes, in theory, are what pay for the services so why an additional premium once they are genuine tax payers.
