One of the greatest moments in recent boxing history when @Tyson_Fury got back up after that massive knockdown. Not only did he rise when it looked like he was out cold but came straight back and took the fight to @BronzeBomber . Absolutely incredible!🥊

If you had asked me 6 months ago about a Moses Itauma vs Daniel Dubois fight, I would have said Itauma’s style is all wrong for him. But things have now changed. I still believe Moses will become the best heavyweight on the planet, but his gas tank is an issue. What happens if Dubois drags him into the second half of the fight? It’s going to be two years or more before we see this fight, imo. #fightclub247 #boxing #fighter #champion

MIKE TYSON NEEDED JUST FIVE MINUTES TO DESTROY AN UNDEFEATED HEAVYWEIGHT 😳🥊 On January 29, 2000, Mike Tyson faced British heavyweight Julius Francis in Manchester, England. Francis entered the fight with a 21-7 record, having previously held the British and Commonwealth heavyweight titles. But he was completely outmatched against the former undisputed world champion. Tyson knocked Francis down FIVE TIMES in less than two rounds, overwhelming him with devastating combinations and relentless pressure. The referee finally waved it off just 1 minute and 3 seconds into the second round, handing Tyson another emphatic knockout victory. Follow @Knockoutsx for more legendary moments in boxing! 🥊🔥

18-year-old Muhammad Ali, then Cassius Clay, made his professional debut #OnThisDay in 1960. Fresh from winning light-heavyweight gold at the Rome Olympic Games, Clay returned to his hometown of Louisville, Kentucky, to face boxer and police officer Tunney Hunsaker at Freedom Hall State Fairground. Clay, weighing just 186lbs, beat his 30-year-old opponent by six-round unanimous decision to launch his professional career. Few could have imagined what lay ahead for the brash young talent who was already predicting his own greatness...

😲 Muhammad Ali gets pissed off when his sparring partner (I THINK it's Elmo Henderson) overworks the left hand in a 1972 exhbition. The Greatest decides to give him some of his own medicine. Just playtime! 🔥🥊🔥

People talk about Ali’s speed, but his fight against Bob Foster showed something even more dangerous: his ability to control a fight. 👊🥊 Foster was a legitimate knockout artist, yet Ali made him work for every opening before dropping him three times in the 15th round. Ali didn’t just have fast hands. He knew how to make an opponent fight HIS fight. A True Fighter. 👑

ONE OF THE BLOODIEST HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE FIGHTS ENDED IN CONTROVERSY 😳🩸 On June 21, 2003, Lennox Lewis defended his heavyweight championship against Vitali Klitschko in Los Angeles. Klitschko had taken the fight on short notice and was ahead on all three judges’ scorecards after six rounds, with Lewis struggling against the Ukrainian’s relentless pressure. But Lewis had opened a horrific cut above Klitschko’s left eye in the third round, and the damage only worsened as the fight continued. Despite Klitschko desperately wanting to continue, the ringside doctor stopped the fight before round seven, handing Lewis a TKO victory. The decision sparked outrage, with Klitschko furious at being denied the chance to finish a fight he was winning. Lewis never fought again, retiring as heavyweight champion in 2004 without giving Klitschko a rematch. Follow @Knockoutsx for more of boxing’s most unforgettable fights! 🥊🔥

ANTHONY JOSHUA WAS ALMOST KNOCKED OUT… THEN UNLEASHED A DEVASTATING UPPERCUT 😳💥 On December 12, 2015, undefeated Anthony Joshua faced bitter rival Dillian Whyte at London’s O2 Arena, with both fighters putting their unbeaten professional records on the line. Whyte had beaten Joshua during their amateur days, and months of trash talk had made this one of the most heated rivalries in British boxing. Joshua dominated the early exchanges, but Whyte caught him with a huge left hook in the second round that visibly shook him. Joshua recovered and eventually finished the fight with a devastating right uppercut in the seventh round, sending Whyte crashing to the canvas. The victory moved Joshua to 15-0 and earned him the British heavyweight title. Just four months later, he became IBF heavyweight world champion.
