Railway is compromised and reports are that attackers are actively draining keys. Rotate any API keys stored in railway immediately. Deployments are down so unfortunately this means many deployments will wind up broken, but it is better than the alternative. Internet D-Day

SHNAKAS is the network coin. Here's how the whole thing fits together. TRAINING WHEELS OFF Since launch the Shielded protocol has run inside a tight sandbox on purpose. A key of ours sits in the loop so that if anyone found a hole we could stop it before it cost a holder anything. That was the safety net while we watched it under real load, real attacks and real money. It held. The next update removes it. No key of ours in the protocol, nothing of ours in the money path. Listing, repricing and cancelling become instant with nothing on chain until it sells. The sale is one transaction the buyer pays for. Anyone can run the indexer and trade Nakas on their own site. After that the full code goes open source. No date yet, it's close. CREDITS GONE Same update kills relay credits. No more buying tickets to do private actions. Your vault's own bitcoin pays the network fee, same as any wallet. Old credits still work if you have them, nobody loses anything. Prepaid relays stay as an option for people who want the extra privacy. The platform never pays for anything, which is what keeps it honest. THE TOKEN 21M SHNAKAS. Issued to Naka holders every block for 78 weeks. Rarer traits earn more, weighted by the live floor. You pay the claim fee from your own wallet, nobody else touches it. People keep asking about listed Nakas, so here it is plain. Every block a Naka sits listed, its share of that block is skipped. Not delayed, not pooled, not handed to the other holders. It is never issued, and it can never be bought back. Same for Nakas that were never minted. 21M is the ceiling, not the supply. With the amount of Nakas sitting listed right now a big chunk of that 21M will simply never exist. The burn started on block one. DATES This Friday: claims open. Claim all your weeks in one go from the vault. The week after: peer to peer SHNAKAS trading goes live inside the vault. Buy, sell and send the token privately, same rails as the Nakas. Burn for GTD ships with it. UTILITY Every Shielded launch reserves a limited number of GTD spots for SHNAKAS. Spots are taken by burning. There's a minimum burn per spot, and when a launch is oversubscribed the biggest burns win. Your vault shows the line live. Burned tokens leave circulation for good, and a burn that doesn't win rolls to the next launch. HOLDERS Holding a Naka doesn't hand you a spot. There are 3,333 Nakas and some launches are smaller than that. What holding does is pay you the token every block, so holders are always first in line with a bag they never had to buy. Don't own a Naka? Buy one off the floor, or buy SHNAKAS off the floor and burn those. VERIFICATION The original mint wallet list is retired. Too many of those wallets sold and moved on. From here on, GTD on this network is earned with SHNAKAS, nothing else. NETWORK COIN SHNAKAS is the only coin on the network. No other token launches here. Everything built from here on, verification, GTD, whatever comes next, runs on SHNAKAS and burns it. Supply only goes down. This is what makes privacy on Bitcoin go round.

We need to give $STONK some grace The platform is only 3 months old and we need to stop comparing it directly with @Pumpfun as if they had the same amount of time to grow Look at the numbers gotten from Stalkchain: 1. Pumpfun has generated $255B in volume since April 2024, while @LaunchOnSF has generated $900M since September 2. Only 2 tokens on StonkFun have peaked at or above $100M ($ZCAT and $stonk) compare with 15+ tokens on Pumpfun since inception 3. Pumpfun has executed roughly $489M in buybacks, while StonkFun has already bought back $21.07M worth of tokens in just 3 months btw...Stonk $21.07M in buybacks is about 4.3% of Pump $489M cumulative total The point isn't that Stonk is guaranteed to catch up with Pump. It is that StonkFun is still early in its lifecycle and there is room for growth If trading volume returns and the platform continues to generate revenue, buybacks could provide additional support for the token and its ecosystem Three months of history shouldn't be the final verdict on a platform that is still building its ecosystem

Last month, the contracts powering Magic Eden were exploited to the tune of millions of dollars. I was lucky enough to be in a position to rescue a good portion of that, but it highlighted the danger of leaving approvals open as adversaries get access to better and better tools for finding holes in contract logic. Today, Blur announced that they will be deprecating their frontend. I've investigated Blur and found no exploits within the current contracts. However, the Blur contracts are upgradable, meaning that they could turn malicious at any time. They currently have eight figures worth of NFTs approved to them. The safety of those NFTs effectively hinges on the opssec of the Blur team, which appears to be disbanding at this time. If you have open approvals to Blur, I recommend you remove them immediately. Use revoke.cash or similar to ensure that you are protected in case of a contract exploit or later upgrade. Don't wait. The time is now.
1/ The blur.io frontend will be deprecated on November 12, 2026. This deprecation only applies to the frontend. The Blur marketplace protocol will remain operational on-chain, and $BLUR will continue to control its fee switch.

We are witnessing a historic shift. The annual spread between the S&P 500's earnings yield and the 10Y Note yield is down to -1.5 percentage points, its lowest since 2009. Since 2022, this yield difference has fallen -440 basis points, its largest 5-year decline since the 1970s. As a result, the S&P 500's equity risk premium is on track to post its 3rd consecutive negative annual reading, the longest streak since 2002. This suggests that, on a yield basis, theoretically less risky 10Y Treasuries are now more attractive than the S&P 500. In other words, investors are receiving a higher yield from Treasuries than from the S&P 500, despite the additional risk of owning stocks. Historically, a negative equity risk premium has been associated with strong risk appetite and stretched equity valuations. We expect an eventful Q4 ahead.

Dusting off this tweet from April because this gap in shared understanding of LLM capability is *widening*. It's now less "two groups of people speaking past each other" and more a sharp funnel. - Napkin math somewhere around 6B people (~75% of the population) have barely come in contact with LLMs at all. - Around 1-2B (~20%) are casual and infrequent users of free-tier ChatGPT-like products. This group sees derpy chatbots and treats them a bit like a better Google search, a writing aid, or etc. Maybe an agent tries to book you a flight. I have non-tech friends who (reasonably, imo) say they have not much use for it at all. Even many professionals outside of math&code are in this tier. For example, execs and many other functions spend a lot of their time talking to other people, so while they understand what is happening intellectually, it is still second-hand and a bit abstract. - Now we get to professional use of frontier-grade LLMs in math&code. Somewhere around 20M people (0.2%) see first-hand that large, complex projects that used to take them weeks/months can now be completed by agents with a prompt. Building apps, copying apps, translating apps, decompiling apps from binaries... This has all happened very quickly and recently - less than 1 year ago, I was writing code manually by hand, typing memorized computer code commands into a code editor character by character, occasionally pressing Tab to autocomplete a little chunk of code. - And finally we get to the ~5,000 people (~0.00006%) with access to frontier-grade systems internally. The external world has seen the preview. It looks like swarms of thousands of agents collaborating over weeks on software mega projects: minting zero days, running cyber attacks and defenses at machine speeds, discovering new science, advancing the frontier of mathematics. Things that would have taken top professionals in the industry years of work. Meanwhile, human review and comprehension are starting to fall behind. For example, people are still involved in the "archeology" of the OpenAI-HF incident from many months ago. Mathematicians may be poring over the 722 manuscripts on frontier mathematics for a while. The funnel is driven by a combination of factors: 1. The impact scales with ambition, problem size, and horizon. A question with a paragraph answer barely stresses the system. You need a reservoir of big, difficult problems that you really care about. This aspect drives the consumer / professional dimension of the funnel. 2. The jaggedness of the system (which I have written about a lot separately). Capability peaks in domains that are digital, verifiable and economically valuable. This is because LLM capability emerges from reinforcement learning on verifiable rewards on a curated environment mixture driven by revenue potential. This aspect primarily drives the area (e.g. math&code) dimension of the funnel. 3. Access. Free-tier, paid-tier, internal. So this is the weirdness of the moment. The general public has mostly not interacted with these systems. When they have, it looks like a derpy chatbot. The majority of professionals still see only a modest uplift. And a small sliver of professionals are experiencing the vertigo of the curve going vertical. And it is all happening at the same time.
Judging by my tl there is a growing gap in understanding of AI capability. The first issue I think is around recency and tier of use. I think a lot of people tried the free tier of ChatGPT somewhere last year and allowed it to inform their views on AI a little too much. This is a group of reactions laughing at various quirks of the models, hallucinations, etc. Yes I also saw the viral videos of OpenAI's Advanced Voice mode fumbling simple queries like "should I drive or walk to the carwash". The thing is that these free and old/deprecated models don't reflect the capability in the latest round of state of the art agentic models of this year, especially OpenAI Codex and Claude Code. But that brings me to the second issue. Even if people paid $200/month to use the state of the art models, a lot of the capabilities are relatively "peaky" in highly technical areas. Typical queries around search, writing, advice, etc. are *not* the domain that has made the most noticeable and dramatic strides in capability. Partly, this is due to the technical details of reinforcement learning and its use of verifiable rewards. But partly, it's also because these use cases are not sufficiently prioritized by the companies in their hillclimbing because they don't lead to as much $$$ value. The goldmines are elsewhere, and the focus comes along. So that brings me to the second group of people, who *both* 1) pay for and use the state of the art frontier agentic models (OpenAI Codex / Claude Code) and 2) do so professionally in technical domains like programming, math and research. This group of people is subject to the highest amount of "AI Psychosis" because the recent improvements in these domains as of this year have been nothing short of staggering. When you hand a computer terminal to one of these models, you can now watch them melt programming problems that you'd normally expect to take days/weeks of work. It's this second group of people that assigns a much greater gravity to the capabilities, their slope, and various cyber-related repercussions. TLDR the people in these two groups are speaking past each other. It really is simultaneously the case that OpenAI's free and I think slightly orphaned (?) "Advanced Voice Mode" will fumble the dumbest questions in your Instagram's reels and *at the same time*, OpenAI's highest-tier and paid Codex model will go off for 1 hour to coherently restructure an entire code base, or find and exploit vulnerabilities in computer systems. This part really works and has made dramatic strides because 2 properties: 1) these domains offer explicit reward functions that are verifiable meaning they are easily amenable to reinforcement learning training (e.g. unit tests passed yes or no, in contrast to writing, which is much harder to explicitly judge), but also 2) they are a lot more valuable in b2b settings, meaning that the biggest fraction of the team is focused on improving them. So here we are.
